Everything published here, including articles, frameworks and the two self-assessments, is general information for professionals. It is not legal, financial, tax, medical or other professional advice. Yuri Kruman holds a J.D. but does not practice law through this site and is not your lawyer. Using the site or sending a message does not create an attorney-client, coaching or consulting relationship.

Paid offers

Offers shown with a fixed price, such as the Command Your Price sprint, the Authority Stack Brain and the Fractional CAIO Course, are sold on the scope, price and guarantee stated on their page at the time you buy. Founding prices apply only within the stated seat limit and date. Results such as a raise, promotion or offer depend on decisions by third parties and are not guaranteed; the guarantees offered are exactly as written on each page.

The sprint guarantee: if you complete all four sessions and do not have a Value Case and a script you would take to your decision-maker, ask for a refund within seven days of your fourth session and the full fee is returned.

Other engagements

Speaking, build-with-me and any other custom work begin only under a separate written agreement signed by both sides.

Intellectual property

The text, frameworks, assessments and design on this site are owned by Yuri Kruman unless credited otherwise, including the AI Wage Gap and the AI Wage Gap score. You may quote briefly with attribution and a link. You may not republish or resell the content, or use it to train a model or build a derivative product, without written permission. Book content is also subject to the publishers' rights.

Your submissions

Please don't send confidential information through the contact form. It is handled as described in the Privacy Policy, but a web form is not a secure channel.

Third-party links

This site links to other sites, including Substack, booksellers, payment providers and PortLev. Their content and privacy practices are their own.

Availability and liability

The site is provided as is. Reasonable care is taken to keep it accurate and online, without a warranty that it will be error free or uninterrupted. To the fullest extent the law allows, Yuri Kruman is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from use of this site or reliance on its content.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, United States, without regard to conflict of law rules, and the courts located there have exclusive jurisdiction.

These terms may be updated. The current version is always on this page with its effective date.
