Privacy Policy

Short version: this site runs no analytics, advertising cookies or tracking pixels. The only personal information it collects is what you type into the contact form. Questions: yuri@yurikruman.com.

What is collected

  • Contact form. Your name, email, optional role and your message. The form is delivered by FormSubmit, a third-party form processor that forwards it by email.
  • The AI Wage Gap score and the Authority Score. Both run entirely in your browser. Your answers are not sent anywhere or stored.
  • Newsletter. If you subscribe to the Commander-in-Chief Briefs, that subscription is handled by Substack under its own privacy terms, not here.
  • Payments. If you buy, payment is processed by the payment provider named on the payment link. Card details never touch this site.
  • Server logs. The host, Vercel, records standard request data such as IP address, user agent and time, for security and reliability.
  • Fonts. Typefaces load from Google Fonts, so Google may receive your IP address when serving them.

What is not collected

No analytics platform, no advertising or retargeting pixels, no tracking cookies and no fingerprinting. Nothing you do here is used to build an advertising profile.

How it is used

Contact submissions are used only to reply and to follow up about work you asked about. Your information is never sold, rented or traded, and it is shared only with the providers named above to the extent needed to run the site, or where the law requires it.

Retention and your rights

Messages are kept as long as needed to respond and to keep a record of the conversation. You can ask what is held about you, ask for a correction or ask for deletion at any time by emailing yuri@yurikruman.com. GDPR and CCPA rights are honored regardless of where you live.

International

This site is operated from Israel with United States operations, so information may be processed in either country and in the United States by the providers named above.

Children

This site is for professionals and is not directed at children under 16.

Changes

If this policy changes, the new version is posted here with a new effective date. If analytics or any tracking is ever added, this page will be updated before it goes live.
