For your career

Your job grew with AI. Your pay should too.

The Command Your Price sprint is four weeks, 1:1 with me. We document what your job became once AI took on more of it, put a market number on it and prepare the conversation that decides your pay. I ran HR three times. I know what the person across the table needs to see before they say yes.

Founding price for the first 10 clients through October 20, 2026, then $2,950. Comes with an invoice your employer can reimburse.

What I saw from the CHRO seat

Raises follow evidence, not effort.

Companies price roles, not people. Your role was written before AI changed how you work, and job architecture moves slower than your workload does. So the premium the market pays for AI skills (62% over comparable roles, per PwC's 2026 Global AI Jobs Barometer) rarely shows up unprompted. In Payscale's 2026 survey, 55% of companies offered no premium, bonus or equity for AI skills at all.

The people who get paid are the ones who make the decision easy: a clear record of what changed, a defensible number and a proposal a busy executive can approve in one meeting. That is what we build.

The Command Your Price sprint

Four weeks, four sessions, one ask you're ready to make.

Each session ends with a document you keep. Between sessions you draft, and I return written notes within 48 hours (business days, offline Friday sundown to Saturday night).

  1. Week 1 · 60 minutes

    The AI Scope Audit

We document the work you now own because of AI: what you took on, what you automated, what it saved or earned and who noticed. Most people undercount it.

  2. Week 2 · 60 minutes

    Your number

A market benchmark for your title and your actual scope, and the one-page Value Case that ties the two together. You leave knowing what to ask for and why it holds.

  3. Week 3 · 60 minutes

    The proposal and the script

A raise, a promotion or a re-scoped role, with a 30-60-90 plan. Then the script, with answers to the objections HR and finance actually raise: budget cycles, internal equity and "let's revisit in Q2."

  4. Week 4 · 60 minutes

    Rehearsal across the table

I play the decision-maker, the way I sat in that chair three times, until the conversation feels routine. We also set your walk-away point and your outside-offer plan.

  5. After your ask · 30 minutes

    Debrief and next move

We review what happened and set the next step. If the answer is "no" or "not now," I coach the re-ask or an outside search for 90 days at no extra cost.

What you keep

Seven documents, written for your situation.

1

AI Scope Audit

Market benchmark

What your title and your real scope pay, with the sources behind it.

3

One-page Value Case

The memo that turns your work into a decision someone can approve.

4

Proposal

Raise, promotion or re-scoped role, with a 30-60-90 plan attached.

5

Your opening, your number and calm answers to the usual pushback.

6

Walk-away plan

Your floor, your timeline and how to test the outside market quietly.

7

Reimbursement kit

The invoice and a short request for your manager, ready to send.

Fit

Who this is for, and who it isn't.

A good fit

  • You're a manager, director, VP or senior individual contributor, and AI has changed what you do every week.
  • Your scope grew in the last 12 months and your title or pay didn't follow.
  • You have a review cycle, a promotion window or an outside offer coming up in the next few months.
  • You'd rather walk in with evidence than hope someone notices.

Not a fit

  • You want a template email, not a case built around your work.
  • You want someone to negotiate for you. I prepare you; I don't call your boss.
  • You haven't used AI in your work yet. Start with the free score and the Briefs.
  • You need this inside a whole company. That's PortLev's AI Operating Partner work.

Let your company pay

Most companies have a budget for this. Few people ask.

The invoice comes from my company as leadership development coaching on AI capability and role design, which is an accurate description of the work. Send the request below before you start, or pay now and claim it back.

Every company's policy differs. If yours needs a vendor form or a purchase order, tell me and I'll handle the paperwork.

Request to your manager
Subject: Development request: AI capability and role design coaching

Hi [Manager],

AI now handles a real part of my work, and my role has shifted with it. I'd like to make that shift deliberate: document where AI is changing our results, sharpen how I use it and propose how my role should evolve over the next two quarters.

I've found a four-week 1:1 coaching program with Yuri Kruman, a former three-time CHRO, built for exactly this. The cost is [amount], invoiced as leadership development coaching. I'd like to fund it from our training or development budget.

At the end I'll share a short write-up of what I learned and a proposal for how my role can create more value for the team.

Can we approve this, or should I route it somewhere else?

Thanks,
[Your name]

Before AI changed the rules

I've prepared people for this conversation since 2016.

"Yuri was able to walk me through the salary negotiation process, coaching me through what the phone call would sound like, rehearsing different situations... As a result, I managed to improve the original offer from my dream company by $7,500 in a 10-minute chat."

On the other side of the table: CHRO and CLO roles at Healthflex, Elite Healthcare and TM Forum, 2020 to 2023. I've approved raises, denied them and watched which cases won. The sprint is built on that.

Questions before you book

Is this salary negotiation coaching?

Negotiation is the last step, not the whole sprint. Most of the work is building the case: what your job became once AI took on more of it, what that work is worth in the market and how to put it to a decision-maker so it is easy to approve.

What if my employer says no?

Then the sprint has already done its job: you know your number, you have the evidence and you have a plan. I coach the re-ask or an outside search for 90 days after the sprint at no extra cost.

What is the guarantee?

If you finish the four weeks without a Value Case and a script you would actually take to your boss, you get a full refund. No employer decision is involved, because I can't control it and neither can you.

Can my company pay?

Usually. The invoice is written as leadership development coaching on AI capability and role design, and the page includes a short request you can send your manager. Many clients pay first and claim it back.

I have a written offer in hand. Is this for me?

Yes, and it is the fastest version of the sprint. Say so when you book, so we start with the offer and compress the timeline to your deadline.

How is this different from the cohort or the CAIO course?

The sprint is 1:1, four weeks, about your pay and your role. The Fractional CAIO Course is a self-paced course for leaders taking the AI seat. Different problem, different format.

The premium exists. Go claim yours.

10 founding seats at $1,500 through October 20, 2026.
