Measure your AI Wage Gap.

Eleven questions in three parts: the value AI added to your work, how much of it your pay already reflects and how ready you are to ask. You get a score from 0 to 100, the reasons behind it and your first three moves.

How the score works

Value created, minus value captured.

The score multiplies two things: how much value AI has added to your work and how much of that value your pay, title and recognition do not yet reflect. If AI changed nothing about your job, there is no gap to close. If your pay already caught up, there isn't either. The gap is widest when your work changed a lot and your pay didn't move.

Readiness to ask does not change the score. It changes your moves: a wide gap with low readiness means the next step is building evidence, not asking yet.

The market context: PwC's 2026 Global AI Jobs Barometer puts the premium for AI skills at 62% over comparable roles, and in Payscale's 2026 survey 55% of companies offered no premium, bonus or equity for them. More in the AI Wage Gap research.
